Thank You - To all who helped our community celebrate a very prayerful and beautiful Holy Week. Thanks to to all those who gave their time and energy to decorate, clean and polish the church up to do honour to Our Lord for Easter. Finally, a thank you to all who prepared a wonderful Easter morning breakfast (that isn’t finished yet). The teamwork and joy of the last week or so has been very inspiring to witness and truly is St Saviour’s faith family at its best!
Sick Visits - If you know of anyone who’d like a visit please contact Fr Phelim. Weekday mass times as normal this week for the Octave of Easter. No Monday or Wednesday mass next week in St German’s. The Annual Vestry Meeting takes place on Tuesday 17 April at 7:00pm – forms for the nomination and election of a People’s Warden and of Parochial Church Council Members are available to sign at the back of the Church. There are also forms available that shows the duties and responsibilities of a PCC Member. The meeting is open to everyone but questions must be put in writing in advance. Only members of the electoral may vote in the case of an election. Confirmation Classes - The next meeting will be this Thurs 19 April at 6:20pm in St Saviour’s. This is also for those wanting to deepen their understanding of faith. Reminders re prize draw tickets, counterfoils, monies returned and prizes by Sunday 8th April please. Lent Charity - Please return your Lenten Collection pots by Easter Sunday. Final deposits for this years Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham by Sunday 15th April.
