Messy Church - the next Messy Church is on Sunday 6 October at 4pm in St Saviour’s - theme: St Francis of Assisi.                                  

Sponsored Walk - Final figure raised is £635. Many thanks to the walkers and their support.

Faith Groups - We hope to launch again the faith and theology discussion group ‘Faith QI’ this coming Autumn.  We will also have trial a book club when we will read and discuss a book on faith and spirituality.  The first book to be explored is 'Does Religion Do More Harm Than Good?’ by Rupert Shortt, which looks at some  challenges to religion today by modern atheism and whether religious believe is still reasonable, rational and worthy of our commitment and respect.                                

​PCC Meeting - the next PCC meeting is on Tuesday 24 September at 7pm in St Saviour's.          

​Festival of Faith - Saturday 14 September - All Saints, North Street, Shrewsbury. Mass at 12 noon.                                             

Harvest Festival Sat 29 Sept. We’re collecting food/toiletry/sanitary items for Cardiff Foodbank                                         

McMillan Coffee Morning after Mass Sunday 13 October - Donations of cakes and bakes needed!                                     

Walsingham Festival - Sat 19 October, St. Mary’s  Butetown (for details see the poster in the hall).  Next year’s pilgrimage to our Lady’s shrine at Walsingham is from 20-23 July 2020         

Autumn Confirmation Dates - Diocesan confirmation in the Cathedral with Bishop Philip North on Thursday 3 October at 7:30pm.  Other dates are available with Bishop June: Sunday 24 November in Ely or Sunday 1 December in Llandaff Cathedral. If you would like to be confirmed this Autumn please see Fr Phelim.       

Rome and Assisi Pilgrimage 2019 - 2-6 December.  If you are interested in going please see Fr Phelim.  Cost of flights from Bristol, transfers and transport in Rome and to Assisi will be £250.
