Benediction - Our time of prayer during Thy Kingdom Come concludes this evening with Benediction & Prayer for Unity in St Saviour’s at 18:30
AGM - Our AGM will be on Tuesday 25 May in church at 18:30. It will be the usual format: reports on ministry, buildings, finances as well as elections for the new PCC, wardens and representatives for deanery and diocesan conferences. Only those on the electoral roll can vote.
New Ministry - Fr Phelim and family will be re-locating to the midlands later in the Summer (where Annette already works) and where he is to begin a new role as a full time area dean in the diocese of Birmingham. We pray for him and his family as they begin this major move. We pray too for our own community and for whoever will be our next priest and that the process for discernment and appointment goes well. During the interregnum Fr Dyfrig Lloyd, the area dean and vicar of Dewi Sant, will guide and offer pastoral care for us.
New Vestments - Many thanks to Sheila for presenting a new green chasuble (in honour of Ron) for use during ordinary time. We bless it today and it will be worn first on Tuesday.
Farewell to Natasha - Natasha’s last Sunday with us is next Sunday. We wish her every blessing as she prepares for ordination and in her future ministry. Many thanks & well done.
Bingo 15 June at 7pm via zoom to raise money for Christian Aid.
Today’s Hymns: O God of burning, cleansing flame; O thou who camest from above; Come Holy Ghost our souls inspire; The Spirit lives to set us free.
