Thank You to all who helped at the parish lunch - £318 was raised for parish funds.

Cardiff Churches Nightshelter  Forms available at the back of the Church for those who want to sign up to help during the evening, the night or the morning teams.  Please indicate if you might be able to help on the evening, the night or the morning teams.  Our hope is to have a rota of enough people that allows us to be on ‘duty’ once every three weeks.

PCC Meeting  -Tomorrow Mon 13 after the 6pm mass. Focus to be on mission and worship.

Advent and Christmas
- A page outlining the services for Advent and Christmas will be available next week.

November - This month we pray for the repose of the souls of all the faithful departed.

Trees Unleaving - Help is needed over the next few weeks, to clear the leaves as they drop from the trees. Please have a word with Peter Lovitt if you are able to help.

Dementia café is tomorrow from 2:00pm until 4:00pm – this month we will be holding a ‘Tea Dance’ and everyone is invited to attend.

Pre Christmas Bazaar – next Saturday 18 November - All contributions for the various stalls will be greatly appreciated as well as help beforehand to set it all up on the Friday evening and on the day itself.  As well as help in setting up,  we also need as many people as possible to come and support us please. This is not only a fundraising event but also an opportunity for us to involve St German’s with our local Community. Have a word with Richard Hill if you able to help in any way, however small.

Oshi’s World in Penarth - a facility that supports families with disabled children by voting for it through the Aviva Community Fund  (www.avivacommunityfund.co.uk) David Murphy’s daughter Anna gave birth to Osian in 2015 and he has a rare condition called AGS1. Anna experienced a lack of inclusion and accessibility in the community for families with disabled children and together with her two sisters established Oshi’s World.

Recently Departed - Please pray for Sara Meah & Colin Ford.  RIP
