St Saviour's News - 1 July 2018 - Ordinary Time 13

Foodbank - needed items: UHT milk, long life fruit juice, tinned potatoes and chocolate/sweets.  Thank you again to all who continue to donate food and sometimes money each week.  St Saviour’s in the past year have donated 877kgs of food to Cardiff Foodbank.                                  

Thank You - to everyone who supported the Strawberry Tea last Sunday afternoon. We raised £220 for church funds.                              

Messy Church - We hope to launch Messy Church this coming Autumn and are looking for volunteers. More information on this in coming weeks and months.     

Glastonbury Pilgrimage  - Saturday 7th July. The coach is leaving St. Mary’s Butetown next Saturday at 8.30am and leaves Glastonbury Abbey at 4.15pm.    Walsingham Pilgrimage - More details about bus times etc next week.          

Baptisms & Weddings -  If you would like to book a baptism (or weddings) please speak to Fr Phelim after one of our services to arrange an initial meeting.       

Lenten Charity - Bro. John Deaney will be with us next weekend to talk about his work with the Lasallian World Developing Project (this year’s Lenten Charity). 

Llandaff Festival of Prayer - 14 July 2018 at St Teilo’s CinW school.  Information and booking forms available at the back of the Church and on our website.

    Here can be a found a copy of the news items of events and services taking place in each of our churches.  Sometimes there is overlap (baptisms, visiting the sick, pilgrimages etc) but mostly events are pertain mostly to one place.
