Covid Risks Update - Please continue to adhere to social distancing and so go straight to your chair and at the end of the service leave orderly. We are delighted also that we can offer some limited fellowship after mass (in the hall and not front room due to social distancing rules). Please join us afterwards keeping masks on until seated and not moving around. If you’d like to help in this ministry please let us know.
New Ministries - Fr Phelim and family will be re-locating to the midlands later in the Summer (where Annette already works) and where he is to begin a new role as a full time area dean in the diocese of Birmingham. His last Sunday with us is 25 July. PCC - Our next PCC meeting will be on Monday 21 June after the 6pm mass in church. Our focus will be on ministry area preparation and especially the decrees and structures of the new MA. Weekday and Sunday Services - All services this week return to normal. Singing - Currently we are not permitted to sing congregationally yet we are permitted to have up to six voices singing. We’d like to restart singing and move away from recorded hymns over the next few weeks and so if anyone was willing to be part of the ‘six’ each week we’d appreciate it if you could let us know. It doesn’t have to be the same six each Sunday. Hopefully this restriction will be eased later in June. Summer Fayre - We hope to have a summer fayre/bazaar on Saturday 24 July from 11:00 to 13:00. We will need to risk assess this and abide by current covid guidelines for outdoor and indoor gathering. If you’d like to be involved in helping with the stalls, hospitality, set up or activities please contact Fr Phelim or one of the church wardens. Gardening Club - meets on the first Saturday of each month at 11am. Open to all. Next meets on Saturday 3 July. Recently Departed - Gareth Whiting, Ruth Pesticcio, Doris Thomas, Philip Brown.
